Earlier this week we received our latest shipment from one of our suppliers in the Czech Republic. Apart from the hardiness of the fish (most are bred in thermally heated untreated spring water) and their great colouration (check out our Cardinal Tetras!), the fish are driven over in heated vans. This has a number of advantages for us , firstly less stress to the livestock as they only move when they are delivered to store by their driver (not a baggage handler!). Secondly, no frieght charges on a gas guzzling aeroplane, lower costs to us and to you as a customer.
